We are always interested in teaming up with high-quality, dedicated clinicians! We have opportunity for students (psychology, counseling and clinical social work), licensed and pre-licensed psychotherapists, and psychiatric medication prescribers (psychiatrists, psychiatric nurse practitioners / PMHNPs, and Physician Assistiants / PA-C). Our business model can be summarized in two points:

• We have and want to share / rent out all of the infrastructure you need to be your own professional practice under our umbrella.

• You are your own professional practice - you set your hours and time-away, desired caseload, clientele, and approach to treatment. We do expect a high-quality standard of care in order to run your practice under our branding.

The positions available are not W-2 and do not include benefits - they are 1099 and/or student placements. You receive a higher-rate of reimbursement and WPS retains a percent (or in other words, you pay a percent) for the infrastructure we provide. This includes but is not limited to:

• Electronic Health Record System with HIPAA compliant secure messaging

• Billing and Claims management

• Collaborative Team and the nature of being on a team with a notable web and local presence is that it is also a strong referral sources (from colleagues and prospective clients/patients coming to our website)

• A professional phone line and, for prescribers, administrative support

• Supervision/consultation: teammates will help with clinical questions, we offer clinical supervision for licensure or to build specific skills at an hourly rate, and administrative consultation such as how-to's for the electronic health record system, working with insurance and other common questions.
