I believe each person brings valuable insight into their own life, and I work collaboratively to deepen understanding and support meaningful, lasting change.I strive to create a supportive, nonjudgmental space where clients feel both comfortable exploring their thoughts and emotions and empowered to make changes that align with their goals. The best way to do that, in my opinion, is building the strong relationship I hope to build with everyone I get the privilege to work with. I earned my Master’s degree in Counseling and have received extensive clinical training across a range of settings, including university counseling centers and community-based care. Through this work, I have supported individuals navigating concerns such as anxiety, stress, life transitions, identity development, and interpersonal challenges. My training has included both hands-on clinical experience and rigorous doctoral-level coursework in psychotherapy, assessment, and evidence-based practice, which has shaped a thoughtful and structured approach to conceptualizing and treating clients’ concerns.

I take an integrative, common factors approach, focusing on the therapeutic relationship and my client’s strengths as the foundation for meaningful change..Within this framework, I draw from evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive behavior therapy (CBT) while also incorporating elements of interpersonal and psychodynamic interventions depending on each client's needs and goals. I work with clients to better understand the connections between their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors, and to identify patterns that may be contributing to distress. Together, we develop practical, evidence-based strategies to challenge unhelpful thinking, build coping skills, and create meaningful, sustainable change. I approach this work collaboratively, meeting clients with curiosity, authenticity, and respect. Currently, I am completing my doctoral training in Counseling Psychology at Chatham University and providing therapy services as a practicum clinician at Weingarden Psychological Services.
