You  don't  have  to  navigate  this  alone

As a therapist and life-long learner, I try to write in as down-to-earth a style as I can with the intent that my articles are useful and interesting to a wide-ranging audience: interested lay-persons, therapists-in-training, and seasoned experts. Surprisingly, therapists-in-training find applicable, practical education the hardest to come by - my hope is that these articles help to inform and improve therapy for those who read it.
