A revised version found useful for my clients. The Social Rhythm Metric or SRM helps us identify and track social rhythm anchors, or the daily life events that "anchor" our circadian rhythms or internal clock for wellness. Setting a consistent wake up time improves wellbeing and helps set our bedtime. Consistent mealtimes and healthy interpersonal interaction. Additionally, we track mood to see the correlation between this and circadian rhythms.
